What types of events do you host?
We host a wide variety of events, including weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, family gatherings, and more! The Gathering is a versatile venue with stunning hilltop and pond views, giving you the perfect backdrop for any celebration.

How many hours do I get?
Wedding & Receptions - 10AM - 11PM
For Other Events - You get 4 hours of event time, with setup times scheduled depending on your event. For example, if you’re hosting a brunch, you may be able to set up the day before to make things easier.
We want to make sure you have plenty of time to set up so you can relax and enjoy your celebration without added stress!
*Additional hours can be added for extra cost

How many guests can The Gathering accommodate?
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests indoors and 300+ guests outdoors. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, The Gathering offers flexible spaces to suit your needs.

Can we see the venue again after we book?
Absolutely! We encourage you to come back out as many times as you need to see the space and to discuss details. Bring your decor with you and bring whomever you want!

Is The Gathering pet-friendly?
We love pets! Well-behaved animals are welcome at your event with prior approval. Please let us know the details ahead of time, and make sure someone is designated to watch them and handle cleanup, as The Gathering staff is not responsible for pets.

How do I book a tour?
To schedule a tour, please fill out our contact form. We’ll also ask a few details about your event so we can tailor the tour to your needs and answer any questions you may have.

What does your staff do on a wedding day?
Our staff is here to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so you can enjoy your celebration stress-free. We coordinate with your vendors to meet their needs and handle logistics like trash collection and disposal (we provide trash cans and bags, and while caterers often take out the trash, we’re happy to assist).
On the day of your event, our team sets up tables, chairs, and tablecloths, helps move items between ceremony and reception spaces, and generally acts as the “runners” for the day—making sure everything is in the right place when you need it.

What happens when it rains?
Don’t worry—The Gathering has you covered! We offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, so your event can go on rain or shine. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, your celebration can easily be moved indoors without compromising the beauty, flow, or feel of your event. Our team will help ensure a smooth transition so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

What do you mean by DIY?
At The Gathering, “DIY” simply means you get to bring in the décor you’d like to use and arrange it just the way you want. We believe you should have full creative control over how your celebration looks—but you’re never on your own. Our staff takes care of the essentials, including setting up tables and chairs, outdoor games, trashcans, and assisting with vendor needs. We are here for you every step of the way!
Think of it as the best of both worlds: you have the freedom to make your Pinterest vision come to life, with our team here to support you whenever you need a hand. Plus, if you’d rather not create your own backdrops, we offer beautiful rental backdrops such as: book walls, cellophane walls, flower walls, and more!
