Celebrate your special day at The Gathering with flexible two-day rentals designed for stress-free planning.
Setup Day (Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM):
Tables, chairs, and linens set up and ready when you arrive
Full access to our ever-growing décor closet
Plenty of time to decorate and personalize your space with the help of our staff
Includes a 1-hour rehearsal
Wedding Day (Saturday, 10 AM – 11 PM):
Choice of ceremony spaces: Hilltop, Pond, Front Lawn, or Field *Venue sets up chairs and curtains
Temperature-controlled reception hall with customizable table layouts
Handicap-accessible bathrooms
Prep Kitchen: Fridge, Freezer, Warming Cabinets, Microwave, Prep Tables, 2 Sinks with Hot Water
Magnolia & Oak suites for bridal/groom prep
Day-of coordinator & venue director on site
